Valtris Specialty Chemicals expands its non-phthalate plasticizer line with Plas-Chek® Platinum G-2000

Valtris has launched Plas-Chek® Platinum G-2000, the newest addition to their line of Bio-Based products.

Plas-Chek® Platinum G-2000 is an epoxy soyate ester with 85% certified Bio-Content. Plas-Chek® Platinum G-2000 is an excellent general purpose plasticizer with performance comparable to other non-phthalate general purpose plasticizers. It offers good processing performance, excellent low temperature properties, and outstanding heat stability all while providing significant Bio-Content. Formulators can also combine Plas-Chek® Platinum G-2000 with one of Valtris’ Santicizer non-phthalate plasticizers, to create optimized solutions for their specific processing needs.

“Plas-Chek® Platinum G-2000 is an effective replacement for traditional general purpose plasticizers for formulators who want to use a Bio-Based product,” said Mark Holt, Business Director, Polymer Modifiers. “Valtris also offers Plas-Chek® 775, epoxidized soybean oil, as well as Lankroflex® L, epoxidized linseed oil for a variety of flexible vinyl applications.”
