July 2021 Pricing Announcement

Santicizer® Phosphate Esters: Due to increasing feedstock and logistic costs, Valtris Specialty Chemicals must implement a temporary price increase of $0.08/lb, or $0.18/kg, on all grades of Santicizer® Phosphate Esters, effective with orders shipping on or after July 1, 2021, or as contracts allow. We will continue to monitor the situation closely, and provide feedback when we see relief from these unprecedented cost increases.

Santicizer® 261A Due to spikes in feedstocks and surcharges in logistic costs, Valtris Specialty Chemicals must implement a temporary price increase of $0.15/lb, or $0.33/kg, on our Santicizer® 261A, effective immediately for orders received on or after June 1, 2021, or as contracts allow. We will continue to monitor the situation closely, and provide feedback when we see relief from these unprecedented cost increases.

Plasticizer Price Increase: Due to continued spikes and surcharges to raw material and transportation costs, Valtris Specialty Chemicals must implement a temporary price increase of $0.10/lb, or $0.22/kg, on our Santicizer® plasticizer and phosphate ester products, effective with orders shipping on or after April 15, 2021, or as contracts allow. We will continue to monitor the situation closely, and provide feedback when we see relief from these cost increases.
